We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We do our best to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the actual items.
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be calculated and added during the checkout process.
We accept electronic payments through supported payment gateways and, where indicated, cash on delivery within specified zones in Dhaka. We retain the right to refuse any order placed with us. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.
Zibrotex Fresh Market currently delivers primarily within the Dhaka Division. We aim to dispatch fresh goods swiftly to maintain maximum quality. Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
We take immense pride in our commitment to healthy living and the quality of our fresh produce. If you are unsatisfied with the freshness or condition of the items you receive, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, we do not accept physical returns of the products. However, upon verification of your claim, we will offer a replacement or store credit for the affected items. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue when contacting our support team via email.
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
